Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you, the client ("Client," "you"), and Centralize Asia Enterprise ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Malaysia.

The Client retains all ownership rights to any pre-existing materials, data, or intellectual property provided to the Company for use in the project ("Client Materials"). The Client grants the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Client Materials solely for the purpose of performing the Services.

The Company retains all ownership rights to its proprietary software, tools, libraries, frameworks, methodologies, and any other pre-existing intellectual property used to provide the Services ("Company IP").

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information received from the other party ("Confidential Information") strictly confidential. This includes business plans, financial data, source code, trade secrets, and client information. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
